How a formal chartered propaganda network runs narratives, moves activists, hits targets—and now talks from inside the U.S. government (with approval from The Guardian)

Charter & strategy docs show a coordinated RU/IR/CN information bloc with three tiers:

🔥 Kinetic Casebook: 2022–2025
A) Paid Narrative → Instant Cover for Sabotage (Nord Stream, 2022)
Direct evidence of commissioning: On 2022-10-11, “independent” columnist Pepe Escobar emailed PressTV’s Ahmad Norouzi with banking details for US$900 covering three columns:
“Germany and EU have been handed over a declaration of war”
“Pipeline Terror is the 9/11 of the Raging Twenties”
“Nord Stream 2 offers Germany a date with destiny”
Payment recipient: Petronio Escobar Franca, KASIKORN BANK, Bangkok (SWIFT KASITHBK).
Effect: The “Pipeline Terror / U.S. did it” frame launched on Iranian state media, then ricocheted through The Duran / Saker / Unz, and into U.S. militia & conspiracy channels—within days of the blast. It removed Russia from suspicion, pushed “Biden/NATO blew up Europe’s gas,” and gave friendly activists & politicians a ready-made line.
Evidence = hard email + article titles + bank coordinates.
Inference = that this same paid framing primed Western audiences to distrust any attribution that implicated Russia. (It did.)
B) Activists Scripted & Platformed by State Media → Direct Action (USA/UK/BE, 2025)
Sarah Wilkinson (UK)
In a PressTV programme script—not just interviewed post-hoc—positioned to narrate Palestine Action campaigns.
Arrested in the UK in connection with PA actions. (Net takeaway: an activist who appears inside IR state scripting later participates in/alongside direct-action ops.)
Palestine Action escalations (June 2025):
RAF Brize Norton (UK): 4 activists broke into the base, defaced two Voyager refuel/transport jets with paint & smashed kit—damage in the £ millions; significant logistics disruption.
OIP Land Systems, Tournai (Belgium): ~150 activists invaded, smashed computers & damaged armored vehicles (incl. Leopard 1 kit) destined for Ukraine, causing ≈ $1M damage and delays (~1 month) to Ukrainian deliveries.
These ops were immediately framed by RU/IR media as righteous “anti-genocide” resistance—hybrid win: real disruption + propaganda content.
Unity of Fields (U.S.) → “legitimacy” for violence (May 2025):
After Elias Rodriguez killed two Israeli Embassy staff in D.C., Unity of Fields (a PA-aligned U.S. node) celebrated the murders as “legitimate resistance.”
The same RU/IR ecosystem amplified the “justified retaliation” story—information cover for a domestic terror act.
Evidence = press coverage of the UK/BE ops; UOF statements; PressTV scripting.
Inference = coordination is narrative-first (give the op a frame), then kinetic acts plug into the story.
C) Media Nodes Who Also Touch the Kinetic Arm
Fergie Chambers
Grayzone guest “from Donbas” with Russell “Texas” Bentley (pro-RU fighter).
Overlap with Unity of Fields / Palestine Action (U.S.) as promoter/organiser in 2024–25 streams and events.
Function: bridge Kremlin-aligned narratives ↔ U.S. direct-action circles.
Calla Walsh
Co-works pieces with Ben Norton (ex-Grayzone, Multipolarista/Geopolitical Economy Report).
Appears on CGTN (PRC state TV) pushing “multipolar youth” lines.
Profiled and wrote in Teen Vogue → credibility laundering from foreign state TV to mainstream youth media.
Linked to Unity of Fields / Palestine Action actions and comms in 2024–25.
Function: trident reach—state media → mainstream gloss → street-level mobilisation.
Pattern: same humans carry the frame and touch the action. That’s the pipeline operating inside one person.
🧪 Narrative Weapons: “Pipelineistan” → “Biden’s War”
Syria’s “Pipelineistan” myth (2011–17):
Popularised by Escobar et al.; claimed Syria was really a Qatar-vs-Iran pipeline fight. Expert work shows it doesn’t hold.
Utility: taught audiences to see energy conspiracies everywhere and to absolve Assad/Russia.
Nord Stream (2022):
Paid “Pipeline Terror” content rebadges the old myth: “The U.S. blew it up; Germany is a vassal.”
Outcome: fragment NATO, push “Europe under U.S. occupation” memes, and muddy attribution.
Alaska Summit (Aug 14, 2025):
Trump line: “It’s not my war—it’s Biden’s war. I’ll stop it.”
That exact framing—“Biden’s proxy war; Russia wants peace”—has run on RT/PressTV/Duran since Feb 2022.
Meaning: the charter network’s Ukraine line now sits in the presidency’s mouth on the eve of U.S.–Russia talks.
🏛️ Embedded in Government (not “influencing from outside”)
Tulsi Gabbard — DNI.
2017 Damascus trip (w/ Dennis Kucinich), arranged/funded by Khawam brothers (SSNP-linked).
Rage rally stage-mate with charter-ecosystem figures; repeated RU/IR frames (biolabs, NATO provoked war).

From broadcast to battlefield isn’t a metaphor anymore. It’s the operating model.
