I don’t have ADHD but I am autistic so it’s been somewhat difficult for me to understand the specifics of the condition from the perspective you share with a lot of the other neurodivergent people I have met.
before I started this column I would produce work and it would go nowhere. at least my ramblings can raise money for Ukraine now
